Who We Are

MCBcDNA is a student organization supported by the MCB Department. We serve the needs of the Molecular and Cell Biology undergraduate community, providing our peers with the resources for success.

What We Do

As a club, we provide a liaison between student and faculty members through a variety of organized events and workshops. Our events are open to ALL MAJORS, so don't worry if your major isn't MCB.

Graduate School Night!

Are you interested in attending graduate school? Do you want to learn more about the application process and what grad school entails? Maybe you are considering it as an option, but don’t know much about it!
MCBcDNA is hosting Graduate School Night this Thursday, April 25th in 88 Dwinelle from 7-9 PM!
There will be Berkeley faculty, post-docs, and graduate students on the speaker panel sharing their experiences from their time as graduate students. Come out to learn all about the aspects of graduate school, including future opportunities, research experience, the application process, the grad student lifestyle, and more!
The event will feature a short introduction from our panel of speakers—including their background in graduate level education—followed by a facilitated question and answer session. Please email mcbcdna@gmail.com if you have any questions!
Panel of Speakers:
Grad School Admissions Director -- Mark Jenkinson
